• We  accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn and unused jewelry in its original packaging.

• Custom or personalized pieces cannot be returned unless they are defective.

• If your item is damaged or incorrect, we will exchange it or provide a full refund.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
